What do i need to bring for Cary lake at rotary park?
do i need to bring my own (pfd) personal flotation device or paddle?
WHAT ATTIRE DO I NEED TO WEAR WHILE KAYAKING OR PADDLE BOARDING?
Yourself and a friend or two if they want to tag along for the same thrill of kayaking, you want to experience.
We provide your (PFD) Personal flotation device and paddle for your trip.
We advise our customers to wear synthetic fabrics and avoid cotton. As for footwear, it should be comfortable, secure on your feet, and suitable for wet conditions.

What time should I arrive
for my fox river
reservation?
We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes
before your reservation time to gather your belongings and to get yourselves familiar with where you will be exiting off of the water. We preschedule a Uber or Lyft the day before your trip, to ensure you reach the starting point of your journey on time. Your drivers eta (estimated time of arrival) becomes available 10-15 minutes before they arrive. Which we will then send you a text message regarding the information.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR pickup by midwest kayak rentals, MY UBER OR LYFT RIDE?
what if i need to cancel or reschedule my trip?

What if I am not able to bring my rental agreement waiver or terms and condition form?
Should you miss your ride, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of a subsequent Uber or Lyft to reach the starting point of your journey. Please call 630-835-8496 to provide an update on your estimated time of arrival.
Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel at least 72 hours before their reservation for any reason for river trips. To reschedule, customers have 24 hours before their river trip. For Cary Lake at Rotary Park, there are no refunds for reservations with the new kayak rental kiosk. For river trips, in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions, customers will be fully refunded. For cancellations or inquiries, please contact us by phone at 630-835-8496. Failure to show up will result in being charged the full price of the trip.
Cary Lake at Rotary Park operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are no longer available with the new self-service kiosk.
We will have all participants fill out a rental agreement waiver on-site before the start of your trip.
