I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CUSTOMERS CAN DOWNLOAD, PRINT AND SIGN THE FORM AHEAD OF TIME AND TURN IN TO US EITHER BY EMAIL OR IN PERSON. If you are kayaking at Cary Lake Rotary Park, you will fill out the terms and condition form in person. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: All sales are final regarding reservations. If the weather happens to not corporate following your reservation, we can apply your trip for a later date. (WE WILL PROVIDE THIS FORM ON SITE TO CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT HAVE FORMS READY BEFORE THE TRIP.)
