RENTAL AGREEMENT WAIVER

We have provided a link for the Release of Liability Waiver for adults and minors. CUSTOMERS CAN DOWNLOAD, PRINT AND SIGN THE FORM AHEAD OF TIME AND TURN IN TO US EITHER BY EMAIL OR IN PERSON.

This applies to our Fox River trips ONLY.

If you are kayaking at Cary Lake at Rotary Park, you will fill out the waiver in person before your trip begins.

(We will provide waivers on site to customers that do not have forms ready before your trip.)
